Terms of Use

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of omegaversequizz.com (the "Site"), operated by Omegaverse Quiz. By taking the quiz, viewing a result page, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Entertainment Use Only

Omegaverse Quiz is provided purely for entertainment and fandom purposes. "Omegaverse" and the Alpha / Beta / Omega ("A/B/O") dynamic are fictional concepts that originated in fan fiction communities. Any result you receive, including your archetype, dynamic percentages, traits, or fictional scent profile, is generated by our own scoring algorithm based on the answers you chose. It is not a psychological assessment, a medical or biological classification, a personality diagnosis, or a statement of fact about you, and it should not be treated as one. Read our accuracy explainer for more detail on how scoring works and its limitations.

2. No Diagnosis, No Real-World Reliance

Do not use your quiz result to make real-world decisions about your identity, mental health, relationships, employment, or any other serious matter. The quiz does not evaluate clinical personality traits and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. If you have concerns about your mental health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Age & Mature Content

This Site references fictional relationship dynamics from Omegaverse/A/B/O fan fiction, a genre that can include mature or suggestive themes in the broader fandom even though our quiz content itself is written to be broadly accessible. The Site is intended for a general, mature audience. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian as appropriate under local law.

4. Intellectual Property

The original quiz questions, scoring logic, archetype names and descriptions, scent profiles, illustrations, and overall design of this Site are owned by Omegaverse Quiz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Omegaverse" and "A/B/O" are broad fan-community concepts that predate this Site, and we do not claim ownership over the general fandom framework, only over our specific original content and presentation of it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or republish our quiz questions, result copy, or archetype descriptions for commercial use without our written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to repeatedly take the quiz in a way that distorts our aggregate result statistics.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.

You are welcome to share your individual result link, a screenshot of your result card, or a link to the Site itself on social media or with friends. That kind of personal, non-commercial sharing is exactly what the share feature is built for.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, advertising (such as Google AdSense), and payment processing. Your use of those integrated services is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how these services are used.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all quiz results are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omegaverse Quiz and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from any reliance placed on quiz results. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to access the Site (which, for the free quiz, is zero).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
